1. Introduction
THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING SHANDONG KETIAN MACHINERY CO., LIMITED PRODUCTS. The following are the general terms and conditions that apply to all orders and sales made through our website (ketiantrade.com). Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.
2. Order Confirmation and Contract
All orders will not constitute a valid contract until they have been received and confirmed. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer via email. Once an order has been accepted and processed, you will not be able to cancel or modify the order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Price and Payment
Prices for all products include value-added tax (VAT) but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be clearly listed at checkout. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and more.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange the delivery according to the destination of the order and the shipping method. The delivery time is usually 20-40 working days, and the exact time may vary depending on the location. KETIAN is not responsible for any delays in the delivery process, but we will do our best to help.
5. Return and Refund Policy
You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns must be made in their original packaging and unused condition. The return and refund policy does not apply to custom-made items or special orders.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All disputes relating to these Terms will be dealt with in accordance with EU law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first settle the dispute through friendly negotiation, and if the negotiation fails, it may be submitted to the relevant court of the European Union for resolution.
