Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
For custom-made or used items, we will only accept returns and exchanges if the item has a quality issue.

2. Return and Exchange Process
Please contact our customer support team via email within 14 days of receiving the item, providing the order number and reason for the return.
The customer service team will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning and exchanging your order.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the goods have quality problems.

3. Refund Policy
Once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it is in good condition, we will process the refund within 14 days.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment account. If it is a quality problem, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.

4. Returns and exchanges are not applicable
Returns and exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:
Used or damaged items.
The item has exceeded the return time limit (14 days).
